There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 63(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 63(FIN) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 63(FIN) pass the House?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the House adopt the House Judiciary Committee letter of intent (page 410). Representative Gruenberg objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, the House Judiciary Committee letter of intent was adopted. Representative Pruitt later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 63(FIN), and reconsideration was taken up then.
